     Welcome to the FRIENDS-CBCAP email forum. This is a service of the 
Children's Bureau and is operated by the Chapel Hill Training-Outreach 
Project, Inc. and the FRIENDS National Resource Center.


You may manage your subscription by requesting a password if you have not
been issued one already. Once you have received your password you may login 
and set your preferences.


Subscriptions and unsubscriptions can also be done by sending
a blank message to these special email command addresses:

        friendsnrc-subscribe@lists.friendsnrc.org
        friendsnrc-unsubscribe@lists.friendsnrc.org


If your email address is changing and you need to change your list 
subscription, first send an "unsubscribe" command from your *old* address, 
and then send a "subscribe" command from the *new* address.
